This is a free site that does have a few rules:

Please take note of them and mind them:

1. NO links or site references to rip off Artists. If you are sharing an acceptable Live Recording (That has not been publically released for sale) then it is 100% OK. No studio albums, no unauthorized soundboards without permission of the band. Violation of this rule will get you booted. [/color]
2. Try to realize this is a Messageboard. Its not a place to fight, its a place to hang out toghether and enjoy funk. You can speak your mind but try not to be a jerk. Respect your fellow humans.
3. Third Party Solicitation will be tolerated if on topic and to the discretion of the moderators. It has to be about FUNK. It could be a band site, or a club, or even a funk apparel store you own, but no porn or other shady stuff. Thanks.
4. Illegal activity - Talking about how high you were at a show is not the same thing as "You can get an eight of Kind from Billy on 4th street". You can talk about generics as I would but please no illegal discussions that can get people in trouble. You know what I mean? This is the internet.
5. No Pornography or Sexual Harassment will be tolerated here. This is not that kind of place. We're no prudes but there are other sites for that stuff.
6. Freedom of Speech - We try our best not infringe any person's right to say what they will. We do try however there are moments where you may get a post deleted, or your reply gets deleted. There are reasons for those things and not just to infringe on your right to speech. Moderators are just trying to help the community so don't give them crap. If you have a beef with a moderator you can always PM if you want.


Guidelines to topics:
1. Try to stick with the topic you are replying to. You could always create another topic if you want.
2. If there is another topic with the same desciption you may get yours locked after a link is placed to the other topic. Please don't take this the wrong way.
