Soul Power is a way to let everyone know how you feel about a post.
You will notice a section like below the User Name of any post:

Soul power: +1/-0
[Right on] [Not Cool]

POSITIVE Soulpower is given by clicking on the Right on hyperlink.
NEGATIVE Soulpower is given by clicking on the Not Cool hyperlink.

This gives the community the ability of letting someone know how the community thinks about your comments. if they should get applause for a great post or a note letting them to know to settle down.
